Klippö comprises a cluster of islets perched on the edge of the open sea, where nature’s raw elements confront you in their untamed grandeur.
Sheltered on the largest islet, a modernized fisherman’s cabin provides all the essential comforts, with the shower and toilet housed in an adjacent building. The warm and cozy interior draws inspiration from early modernist cabin architecture, while the surrounding decks provide spaces for dining, cooking or watching the sunset from the hot tub.
Klippö is completely off-grid and self-sufficient, with its own plumbing and electricity—providing a truly independent and immersive experience.

THE ISLETS
Together, the two main islets comprise about four hectares of harsh but beautiful nature, with rock formations shaped by the elements, resilient plant life between the rocks, and a rich array of birds, butterflies, small rodents, and an occasional deer.
There is a natural dock next to the buildings, sheltered from the wind in all directions.

Although far out and off grid in the Archipelago, the island provides all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. A well provides running water and electricity is generated with solar panels and stored in a battery bank.
